The Air Force recently relocated our family from Japan to San Antonio. We contacted Melissa via email before arriving in San Antonio, and since day one she has been so helpful, sending daily emails and checking in with us. Being unfamiliar with the area, Melissa made us feel very welcome. Having an infant and a limited amount of time to search, Melissa was patient, flexible with her schedule, efficient with our time and very thorough. She really listened to what our needs and wants were, and produced several potential homes for us to tour. Thanks to her vast knowledge of real estate and the local area, we ended up finding a home within the first week of searching and closing within the month! We would highly recommend her to any family looking to buy or sell a home and we will definitely be using her services again in the future.
