Andrea was the best! My husband and I were first-time homebuyers, and had already had a bad experience with another realtor. Needless to say we were wary – but as soon as we met Andrea, we felt at ease. She got us set up with an MLS search so we could just see houses that met our criteria, instead of wasting time/getting our hopes up about houses. She let us make our own decisions, and was more than happy to provide a professional, objective opinion about decisions before we made any of them concrete. Andrea was also in keeping us up to date on negotiations, and we felt like she represented us in the best way possible. Overall, she listened to what we wanted, gave us feedback quickly, and was attentive to everything we said or were concerned about. If she didn’t know the answer, she figured it out and let us know immediately. If we had to do this all over again, we’d start with her from the get-go.
