I would recommend Melissa Wiggans and Jessica Vietas to anyone that wants to have a real estate agent that is hands on and with you each and every step of the way. We are transferring to San Antonio from Kansas and I found Melissa on this website and contacted her based on the reviews. But…little did I know how fantastic both she and Jessica would be for us. We were only able to visit San Antonio once and they both drove us to the homes we were interested in. We did not find our home on that trip. The market is so hot in SA that we knew we had to move quickly. They knew exactly what we were looking for, they were listening. They went to homes and pre-viewed them for us and sent tons of photos and videos and they did not just show the nice things, the good, bad and ugly. And they were honest because they knew what we wanted. They know this city and they know Real Estate and most important they get to know their clients.
They were able to get us our home in SA and we close tomorrow. They will be there to make sure it all goes smoothly, there has been NOTHING stressful about this home buying experience because we found a treasure in Melissa and Jessica. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone I see and if you are planning to re-locate to SA I would say you cannot go wrong with Melissa and Jessica and Real Estate Muses.
