We sold a house and then bought our “new” house with a Melissa. Our house sold for more and faster than we ever expected! She negotiated our deal for our new house (effortlessly for us!). She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding moving out of one and into the other in a short amount of time and on budget.
