Couldn’t have gone better. Melissa provided us with an accurate estimate of the value of our house, gave us great and timely advice along the way, and helped us close on the house at the perfect time for us. She also had our condo under contract within 24 hrs of putting it on the market. We were forced to leave San Antonio for another military assignment, and we had a brand new baby at the time. Melissa was very considerate of our challenges and really made us feel very comfortable during the process and we ended up doing much better than we anticipated. We will definitely work with her again if we have the opportunity.
